You made it! Yay you!
When you finish your 48 hours, sign in with Mr. Linky below with the link to your final summary, which should include the number and/or titles of books read and the amount of time spent on the challenge. Rounding to the quarter hour will do just fine. Given different starting times over the weekend and time zones, the absolute end is set at Monday, June 9th, at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and all final summary posts should be up by then. Winners, prizes and such will be announced on Monday afternoonish.
Thanks to everyone who participated, supported, and promoted the 48 Hour Book Challenge!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the challenge this year. Thank you to MotherReader and everyone who participated!
Thanks so much, MotherReader, truly enjoyed the reading time!
Thank you so much for getting me to read some of my "to-read" books of my pile. I thoroughly enjoyed them.

Whoops. My position at #8 wouldn't link so I took up another spot that does work at #9. Anyway thanks for a great weekend of reading and teh many new titles from others I was able to add to my list.
Thanks for hosting, MotherReader! -Alyssa
Thanks Pam!!!!
Thanks so much for sponsoring this challenge each year -- it's a highlight for me at the end of the school year.
Thanks so much for a fantastic weekend! Can't wait to go through everyone's posts and add more to my reading list.
Thanks for organizing this! Now that I know about it, I hope to do it every year. I loved the #WeNeedDiverseBooks connection!
Well, I'm afraid before I join an event I should consider my schedule. This weekend's graduation parties and family responsibilities made it challenging so I only read a disappointing 6 hours. On a positive note, I located some interesting Middle Eastern literature and still managed a little quiet reading time which I enjoyed immensely. I will continue to finish these titles after kicking off summer reading with your event. Thank you, Mother Reader. Maybe next year I'll be back at the finish line.

Thanks for another great challenge!

Congratulations on all your hard work, everyone!
Thank you so much, Pam! This was a fantastic weekend for me and I read some really incredible diverse MG & Teen books!
Thanks for hosting, MotherReader, and thanks to everyone else for commenting and inspiring me this weekend! I didn't get as many hours in as I wanted this year but I'm pleased with the results anyway!
I feel the same as some of the other posters - I didn't get quite as much done as I thought I would, but I still loved doing it anyway. Thanks for hosting!!
Thanks, Mother Reader! It was fun, as always.
Thanks for hosting! I enjoyed it, even though I didn't make it up to the 12 hours for official participation.
I needed to post my finish line and go to bed anyway, but I'd like to point out that in the original post you said final summaries needed to be up by noon Monday, not by the end of the Challenge at 7. (Yeah, wouldn't be able to count them as Challenge time then, but nice to have that option.) Also originally you didn't say anything about the Challenge starting and ending times being in EST... but anyway. Like I said, it's just as well, better for me to post it tonight. Meh. Thanks!
Thank you for hosting this event again. I read some very interesting books because of it.
My round-up finish line post!

Thanks so much for hosting us! Great fun and already looking forward to next year!
Thank you so much for your work on this, Pam! It was so much fun, and encouraged me to get to a bunch of books that had been languishing on my want-to-read list!
Thanks for hosting! I had so much fun.
Sorry for the late post!
And thanks! I had fun.
Still fun even if I did not meet the 12 hour make.
Yay! Great challenge & subject this year - thanks for hosting! Now I have several more excellent books from diverse perspectives to recommend.
